Your organisation started an AI integration. You are not yet driving the human side of it.

A working session for CHROs and HR leaders who need to walk into the C-suite with a credible case for the human side of your AI strategy, not a slide deck about wellbeing.

Half a day. You leave with

  • A one-page checklist.
  • A pitch you can give your CEO next week, in your own words.
  • An hour of our time to pressure-test it before you do.

Ten seats · Half a day · 450€ VAT excluded · Includes a 1-hour advisory session with Henri and Marco within 3 months

78%

of organisations now use AI in at least one business function, up from 55% two years earlier.

McKinsey, The State of AI, 2025

1%

Nearly all companies are investing in AI, yet only 1% of leaders call their organisation "mature", with AI fully integrated into workflows and driving real business outcomes.

McKinsey, AI in the Workplace, 2025

70%

Only ~10% of AI's value comes from the algorithms and ~20% from the technology and data. ~70% comes from people, process and change.

BCG, 10-20-70

From "HR has nothing to say on AI strategy deployment" to a pitch your CEO takes seriously.

That's the whole job of this afternoon.

The gap · the position you are actually in

Your people are bringing their own AI to work. Your board is bringing a cost target.

Three things are true at once, and HR is rarely in the room for any of them.

The AI conversation is already happening, without you.

No one on a board says "fire people." They say efficiency, augmentation, transformation. Growth without headcount increases. The reduction is implied, the cultural shift and the human consequences land on your desk, and you were not consulted on the framing.

You hold the human mandate but not the decision.

This is a CEO discussion, because the CEO decides whether the organisation bends to the board's number or sets its own terms. HR's job is to make the human case credible enough to change that decision, not to administer its aftermath.

"Human-first AI" is becoming marketing.

Watch for augmentation-washing: the demo that says "augment," then "automate your workflow, save time." If your case sounds like a vendor's slogan, it will be treated like one. Yours has to be specific, and visibly yours.

What this session refuses to do

We are not going to teach you tools. We are going to arm you for a conversation you are not having yet.

Most AI-for-HR programmes hand you a capability map: prompts, copilots, a maturity grid, and send you back to a leadership team that has already moved on without you.

The bottleneck is not your skills. It is whether you can stand in front of your CEO and make the human side of AI sound like strategy, not sentiment.

So we work backwards from that one conversation. Everything in the room is in service of the pitch you give afterwards, to the person who actually holds the mandate.

"The first act of any AI transformation is not a tools audit. It is an identity audit, and someone in the building has to argue for it."

What you'll be able to argue

Identity → Intentionality → Augmentation

The three things your CEO's AI story is missing, and the three you are uniquely placed to supply. You leave able to speak to each in your own language.

01 · Identity

Identity

Before you decide what to automate, you have to know who the organisation is when it uses AI. The case for protecting what's irreducibly human starts here, and it's an argument HR is built to make.

02 · Intentionality

Intentionality

Why are we using AI here, and what should stay human? Intentionality is the move from passive adoption to deliberate choice, the language that turns an HR concern into a board-level strategic position.

03 · Augmentation

Augmentation

Augmentation over automation, judgment over throughput. The concrete frame for how AI raises human contribution rather than erasing it, so your pitch ends on value created, not headcount cut.

What you walk out with

01

The CHRO Checklist

One page. The non-negotiable points your case has to cover before you take it upstairs, so nothing strategic gets left out of an emotional argument, and nothing emotional undermines a strategic one.

02

The Pitch Template

The five things to say to your CEO next week, in your words, not ours. A structure you fill with your organisation's specifics: the value proposition for keeping humans at the centre, framed for the person who controls the mandate.

03

One Hour With Marco & Henri

A private advisory session, scheduled within three months. You bring your drafted internal pitch; we pressure-test it, sharpen it, and tell you where it will hold and where it will break, with or without us in the room when you deliver it.

This is for you if...

  • You are the senior HR voice on AI, and the strategic conversation keeps happening without you.

  • You can feel a cost-reduction logic forming above you, and you want to shape the framing before it hardens.

  • You believe the human case is the strong case, and you are tired of it sounding soft in a boardroom.

How the afternoon works

The setup

A working session, not another lecture about AI.

Ten HR leaders, two facilitators, and one deliverable that leaves the room with you. Built in real time around the people present.

Frame

The conversation you're being left out of

What's actually being decided about AI above you, in what language, and where the human case currently goes missing.

Work

The three layers made yours.

Identity, intentionality, augmentation, worked through against your organisation, not in the abstract, until each becomes something you can say out loud.

Build

Build the pitch in the room.

You draft the five things you'll say to your CEO, fill the template with your specifics, and test it against peers under the same pressure.

Leave

Leave with the checklist, and a date

You walk out with the one-page checklist, your draft pitch, and your hour of advisory booked for within three months.

25 years of building, scaling, buying and selling technology companies. The pattern Marco has seen in 60+ C-suite engagements: AI transformation fails when organisations skip the one step that matters most — asking WHO they are before deciding WHAT to implement. The Growth Identity Method addresses the identity gap that sits beneath every failed pilot, every stalled adoption, every leadership team still debating what they agreed on six months ago.

Henri brings to the table

Homo Promptus works on the hardest part of the role-change conversation: helping professionals evolve into AI-augmented practitioners who think in genuine partnership with AI — without losing what makes them distinctively human. Vendor-neutral, framework-grounded, and connected to a European network of senior advisors, they guide individuals and teams from tool literacy to genuine cognitive capability. The question isn't whether roles will change. It's whether people will be guided through it or left to figure it out alone.
